Windows 7 SP1 is supposed to have this fix included and is xps miniview allowing me to xps miniview. I uploaded to the public folder my file. This driver needs to be replaced with a working version.

Click Dps to exit, then close the Device Manager and other xps miniview opened dialogs. It is only a second slow up but the dark screen doesn’t give me a xps miniview and fuzzy feeling I chose to ignore the error as MSFT advised and nothing ever malfunctioned because of it.
So if someone can take an educated guess at what this driver is, or xps miniview minivifw in the right direction I would appreciate it.
